Main function:
High-pressure cleaning machine is used to remove TiO2 and alkali remaining in the filter. System according to the procedures set automatically cleaning filter, the internal washing nozzle is inserted into the filter for cleaning.
It has high cleaning efficiency, and good cleaning effect.
There is no cleaning blind area, can effectively reduce the number of workers and reduce labor intensity.
It is an important part of the cleaning process.
Cleaning stage:
Installing the filter---Internal washing ---External washing---End---Remove the filter；
Installing the filter：Fixed the candle filter on rotary support；
Select the internal and external cleaning times on the control cabinet, start automatic operation；
Filter rotation：The filter element has been rotated during cleaning stage；
High pressure internal washing：The high-pressure internal spray gun moves up and down with the reciprocating device, and the inner part of the filter is flushed, until the end of time.
High pressure external washing：The high-pressure external spray gun moves up and down with the reciprocating device,
Until the end of time。
End：end of the cleaning process
Remove the filter
Remark：The running time of the equipment, the speed of the spray gun moving, the flushing times of the internal and external washing are controlled by the touch screen。
