§ Introduce
1. Vacuum Pyrolysis Cleaning
Vacuum Pyrolysis Cleaning device is designed specially for cleaning polymers from a variety of metal components. The parts to be cleaned are heated in a chamber where the polymer melts and drains into the bottom collector. Remaining polymer is vaporized.

2. TEG Cleaning
Triethylene glycol (TEG) is a colorless and transparent neutral oily liquid. When heated to about 280 °C, it owned the function of alcohol solution and the dissolution to the polymer polyester (PET). With this property, to put the work piece adhere with high adhesion Polyester dirt in the wash tank with TEC solution for boiling alcohol solution, the cleaning purpose can be achieved. This equipment adopts the stainless steel electric heating pipe combination as the heater which is heated directly in the TEG solution at the bottom of the washing tank.

3. Alkali cleaning、Washing
Alkaline (water) cleaning device is matching TEG cleaning equipment,Vertical cylindrical structure, open cover for cylinder type.

4. Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning to remove remaining ash and restore spinneret holes to like new. Positive for different cleaning objects, we are equipped with special ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

5. Spinneret Inspection
Because spinneret hole cleaning is the key factor in spinning quality and efficiency,it is critically important to detect the cleanliness of spinneret holes.

6. High Pressure Washer
High pressure cleaning equipment is used to wash the larger carbide on the spinneret plate.
